I thought I booked the water unit but on party day I realize I didn't. I called SCV Bounce, Left a message and the owner called me back right away and was able to put us on his schedule same day. I've been a long time customer and appreciate the excellent customer service. The kids had a blast!

From order to set up to take down, this was the easiest process to complete.
The bounce house was in great condition and the delivery and removal crew was extremely friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend SCV bounce.

SCV Bounce house saved my daughters party when another bounce house company canceled our order very late the night before our party. We called scv bounce house and they squeezed us into their day, and helped find a bounce house similar to the one that canceled. They were extremely professional and even checked in during the party to make sure everything was going okay. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered online at their site. Got confirmation call the next day, texts the day before and day of the bounce house was set up right on time. Rented a small toddler size for 2-4 yr olds. It was in great condition and the kids had a blast.

Hi! I just wanted to say thank you for such an easy process in renting a bounce house. You provided great service from beginning to end. The kids enjoyed the bounce house and we will have to get another one next year!
The two young gentlemen that dropped off and picked up the equipment were great. I told them to place it in an area and my husband didn’t agree and they totally made it better. The equipment came on time, was clean, and those guys were so nice.

Owner helped me pick the best bouncer for our party even though it was short notice. The driver was professional and personable. The bouncer was clean and well kept. The kids ended up having a great time. It could not have gone better. Thanks!

Hi, this is Kathy, I just left a message, uh, the bounds house has been picked up. I it is like with stealth or something. We must have been upstairs. And anyway, please disregard my previous message. Everything was perfect. I actually wanted to give a tip to the the driver and the setup and break down guy.
